Irisland Cancellation and Return Policy

1. General Information

All products and services offered by Irisland are prepared specifically for the customer, based on personal data, and are not mass-produced.

For this reason, Irisland products are not considered standard retail products.

2. Right Of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation;

There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared in accordance with the consumer’s personal requests or personal needs.

Products offered by Irisland:

  • contain a personalized iris photograph,

  • are prepared solely using data belonging to the relevant customer,

  • cannot be used by another person or resold.

For these reasons, Irisland products are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

3. Return Conditions

Returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • the product contains a clear and evident defect caused by Irisland during the production stage,

  • the product is delivered to the customer in a damaged or incomplete condition.

In such cases, Irisland must be contacted within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date of the product.

Following the examination, if the fault is determined to be caused by Irisland:

  • the product is re-produced, or

  • a refund is issued where deemed appropriate.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases arising from user-related errors.

4. Cancellation Conditions

Orders may be cancelled before the production process begins.

Orders cannot be cancelled once any of the following stages has started:

  • capturing of the iris image,

  • initiation of the digital design process,

  • transition to the production or application stage.

Cancellation requests submitted after these stages are not accepted.

5. Post-Delivery Responsibility

The delivered product must be inspected by the customer upon receipt.

Irisland shall not be responsible for damages arising after delivery due to:

  • dropping,

  • impact,

  • incorrect use,

  • use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.
